We love to arrange your ride home, but 2 possible reasons which could have happen:
1) Our system adheres to strict max duration times to ensure all passengers get home fast, we may have calculated that your journey would take too long.
2) This is also a ride-sharing service, so when there are too many bookings and the journey time would exceed the max duration (60 mins), you might not get an offer.
