Why did I travel by a different route today? / Why does my travel time differ between days?

SWAT uses a dynamic routing algorithm. This means that every day, we generate the most efficient route based on that day’s demand and other variables such as the traffic. Hence, you may be taken on a different route between days and experience slightly different travel times.

Do be assured that you will reach your destination by the max. allowable travel time specified by your organisation.
